CouloirIQ helps import teams collect supplier evidence, read trade documents, surface missing or conflicting information, and keep every decision connected to the trade it belongs to.
Requests are generated from the trade's actual requirements and sent as a tokenised link. The supplier uploads from a phone with no login, and the request stays open for whatever is still outstanding.
Facts are extracted from invoices, certificates, transport documents and supplier submissions — with source, page and confidence — then reused across the workspace instead of retyped into it.
Missing documents, expired evidence, conflicting quantities and origin inconsistencies surface as exceptions while there is still time to close them.
Document history, corrections, reviews and decisions stay attached to the trade, so the record doesn't have to be reconstructed when someone asks.
| What it costs you today | What changes |
|---|---|
| Repeated supplier follow-ups | Structured requests generated from requirements, with status visible |
| Manual copying from documents | Extracted facts reused across the trade, each traced to its source |
| Late discovery of missing evidence | Requirement and document gaps visible while they can still be closed |
| Conflicting spreadsheets and folders | One live trade record |
| Time preparing audits and customer responses | The evidence trail is built during the trade, not after it |
| Knowledge held by one person | Shared history, sources and decisions |
| Avoidable shipment or payment delays | Earlier discrepancy detection, with the next action named |
No percentages are claimed here on purpose. The saving depends on your volume and how the work is organised today — we would rather size it against one of your real trades than publish a number we can't source.
Customers, banks, brokers and authorities all eventually ask the same question: what did you check, and what were you looking at when you decided? CouloirIQ keeps the documents and decisions behind regulated imports attached to the exact supplier, shipment and trade.
Not reconstructed afterwards from folders and inboxes. Every material event is hash-chained into TwinLog, and integrity can be verified on demand.
TwinLog is evidence of due diligence and a record of decisions — not a certification that your import is compliant, and not a substitute for your broker's advice. The platform is advisory throughout: it warns, scores and records your risk acceptance, and never prevents a trade from moving. It doesn't quote duty rates or insurance premiums; where an official lookup is required, it says so rather than estimating.
Bring a current corridor and we'll show you which requirements apply, what should be requested from your suppliers, what evidence is missing, which document facts can be reused, and where the record has gaps today.
