For import teams

One trade. One record. Less chasing, retyping and rework.

CouloirIQ helps import teams collect supplier evidence, read trade documents, surface missing or conflicting information, and keep every decision connected to the trade it belongs to.

CouloirIQ reduces the manual cost of regulated importing by turning trade requirements, supplier evidence, documents and decisions into one connected record that updates as the trade moves.

Reduce supplier chasing

Requests are generated from the trade's actual requirements and sent as a tokenised link. The supplier uploads from a phone with no login, and the request stays open for whatever is still outstanding.

Remove repeated data entry

Facts are extracted from invoices, certificates, transport documents and supplier submissions — with source, page and confidence — then reused across the workspace instead of retyped into it.

Catch problems earlier

Missing documents, expired evidence, conflicting quantities and origin inconsistencies surface as exceptions while there is still time to close them.

Prepare proof as work happens

Document history, corrections, reviews and decisions stay attached to the trade, so the record doesn't have to be reconstructed when someone asks.

No percentages are claimed here on purpose. The saving depends on your volume and how the work is organised today — we would rather size it against one of your real trades than publish a number we can't source.

Why the proof matters · 2 of 2
The second cost

Be ready when someone asks for the evidence.

Customers, banks, brokers and authorities all eventually ask the same question: what did you check, and what were you looking at when you decided? CouloirIQ keeps the documents and decisions behind regulated imports attached to the exact supplier, shipment and trade.

EUDR

Keep the evidence behind your due diligence

  • Supplier and producer information
  • Geolocation evidence, captured in the workspace
  • Country of production
  • Legality documents
  • Risk-review notes and corrections
  • Due-diligence statement references
Less chasing suppliers, checking versions and rebuilding the evidence for each shipment.
CBAM

Know where every reported figure came from

  • Product classification
  • Quantities
  • Installation details
  • Emissions data
  • Supplier submissions
  • Assumptions and corrections
One source trail instead of scattered CBAM spreadsheets nobody can reconcile later.
Sanctions & trade controls

Keep a record of what was checked

  • Counterparties and ownership
  • Banks, vessels and transport parties
  • End-user and end-use details
  • Potential matches
  • Reviewer decision and rationale
More than a screenshot or a "clear" status — the information and the decision behind the check.
Evidence management also covers: origin and preference · phytosanitary and health controls · battery regulation · product conformity · customs and border filings · inspections and test reports. Only the regimes that actually apply to a trade appear in that trade's workspace.

The record is built while the trade is active

Not reconstructed afterwards from folders and inboxes. Every material event is hash-chained into TwinLog, and integrity can be verified on demand.

What was required What the supplier was asked for What was received What didn't match What was corrected Who reviewed it Why the decision was made When the trade closed

What this is, and what it isn't

TwinLog is evidence of due diligence and a record of decisions — not a certification that your import is compliant, and not a substitute for your broker's advice. The platform is advisory throughout: it warns, scores and records your risk acceptance, and never prevents a trade from moving. It doesn't quote duty rates or insurance premiums; where an official lookup is required, it says so rather than estimating.

See the return on one live trade.

Bring a current corridor and we'll show you which requirements apply, what should be requested from your suppliers, what evidence is missing, which document facts can be reused, and where the record has gaps today.
